A Method that's Different
While talking is an important part of our work, we may also explore what’s happening for you through other approaches—like meditation and visualisation, somatic (body-based) awareness, gentle movement, creative expression, dreamwork, or roleplay. These practices can support deeper insight when words aren’t quite enough.
"Process-Oriented Psychology (or Process Work) was developed by Arnold Mindell and has its roots in the Chinese philosophy of Taoism and Jungian psychology. Process work uses awareness to track psychological and physical processes of what is happening in the moment and what is unconsciously happening at the same time. By working on our process we illuminate and possibly resolve inner, relationship and world issues. Process Work is for everyone."

My training comes from a transpersonal and process-oriented psychology approach; it looks deeper than just your symptoms and tries to uncover underlying causes that might be fuelling your experience.
Understanding these potential root causes of an ongoing issue creates space to discover the necessary steps in leading a more fulfilling and empowered life.

1. One on One, Face to Face Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy Session. Choice of inside the therapy room in either Airport West or Macedon Ranges locations, or nature-based outdoors (Macedon Ranges.)
$140 for a 60-minute session
2. One on One Online Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy Session via Zoom.
$140 for a 60-minute session
All new clients are offered a free 15-minute consultation call prior to their first appointment to ensure a good fit.
For those who sincerely cannot afford this rate, I offer a sliding scale upon request.
